I do not have a PayPal account, how do I pay using my credit card?
Simple, once you have proceeded to the secure checkout, click on the "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" button to proceed to the secure credit card payment section. You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account at any time.
Can I pay for my grooming appointment with my credit card?
Yes, we now accept cash, check and credit card payments for grooming appointments. *Note: Payment is due at the time services are rendered. No exceptions!
What delivery companies do you use?
For larger orders, our primary couriers are UPS or FedEx. For smaller orders or low value orders, we use the US Postal Service (USPS).
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
We are unable to offer this service. Hair off the Dog (and Cats too), LLC is a company with a dispatch center and office; we do not have a customer collections department allowing us to be more streamlined, thus keeping costs down. This in turns means we can pass these savings on to you, the customer.
How long do you take to reply to Emails?
We will respond to your Email within 24 – 48 hours.
I have emailed you but had no response. , What has happened?
Your Email provider may have marked our response to your Email as spam. Please check your "deleted items" or "junk” folder in case our Email has been sent to your spam folder.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days, depending on whether items are in stock and the method of shipping. We will notify you through PayPal when your order has shipped. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please Email us and we will contact the courier on your behalf.
Can you ship the order to an alternative delivery address?
If you would like your item delivered to an alternate address, please put the mailing address information as well as the address registered under your credit card provider in the corresponding spaces during checkout. This is a fraud prevention measure.
Do you ship items outside of the US?
We do not ship outside of the US at this time. However, we are hoping to add this capability in the future.
Can I order by telephone?
We do not take credit card information over the phone for security reasons.
Is my personal information secure?
